Pinnacle 7 will not recognize an order until artwork/strike off / sample has been approved and an official order has been placed.
Once Pinnacle 7 has received approval and an official order we require:
28 Days for sublimation
35 days for cut and sew

Customers purchasing in USD will find pricing will not vary very much. However customers purchasing in AUD will be subject to fluctuations in the exchange rate.
As a result Pinnacle 7 will apply a variation of +/- 3 cents against the US dollar exchange rate before it will need to adjust our price list. Pinnacle 7 reserve the right to adjust its pricing at any given time.

Every effort will be made should a customer wish to change an order once an order has been placed. However if costs have been incurred in the production of this order they will be passed onto the customer. If a change is required, a new production date may be quoted depending on the circumstances of our factory’s production demands

Pinnacle 7 is prepared to manufacture pre production samples when it is appropriate to do so. These circumstances are appropriate when:
the quantity required is substantial enough to do a sample
when the customer is unsure and wants to see the garment

A sample charge of USD$50 will be applied for all samples to help recover costs and understand that samples are a valued resource.
“If the order of over 100 units is placed a full credit will be given to customer.

Pinnacle 7 will require an approval from our customer in writing for all new orders ( not necessary for repeat orders). By providing written approval the customer is confirming they understand the:
artwork is approved
colours and fabrics are approved
terms and conditions of placing an order with Pinnacle 7

Pinnacle 7 does not charge for its artwork set up costs. From time to time this section comes under increasing pressure. Every effort will be made to have artwork set ups with 6 working days, however if the customer can provide artwork in vector air or eps or card files it will help speed up our ability to turn artwork around more quickly

All Pinnacle 7 prices quoted are ex factory. If Pinnacle 7 organizes the freight on behalf of our customer, it will be with the understanding that our customer will bare all responsibilities, costs and duties associated with the freight. These costs will be added to the invoice. Any delays resulting from freight will not relinquish any responsibility of our customer for the payment of the goods.
Freight organized by our customer will be responsible for all the associated costs and will not be invoiced for any additional charges.

Please Note – Title of the goods does not transfer to the customer until the goods have been fully paid for and funds cleared.

All trading terms are on a COD basis unless otherwise agreed to by the management of Pinnacle 7. If terms are agreed to then a credit application will need to be processed. For all club accounts a 50% deposit is required and the balance COD. All payments must make reference to the invoice number when paying funds so the correct allocation is made against the account. Any accounts that have been granted an account must complete a credit application form.

Pinnacle 7 will accept the following payment methods:
Direct deposit
Cheque
Customer must nominate their the customers name and the invoice being paid on their remittance.

All artwork created by Pinnacle 7 is protected under the Copyright Act of 1968. To use these designs for any other purpose for which they were designed will require written permission
If you require a design or part of a design to be replicated please ensure that you have the correct permission /authority to use the artwork provided. By approving artwork from Pinnacle 7 you are warranting Pinnacle 7 permission to use the artwork from the rights owner and are fully indemnifying and releasing Pinnacle 7 from any copyright liabilities.

If our customers wish to use non stock colours that require special dying and special trims, they will be asked to sign a fabric and trims agreement. The agreement is written undertaking to purchase fabric trims and fabric should they not meet special conditions. See Trim and Fabric agreement

For special dye batches under normal minimums  a USD$300 surcharge will be applicable
