1. How long will my order take?

The production time to manufacture your order is as follows:
Sublimation orders – 28 days from approval of artwork/sample
Cut and Sew orders – 35 days from approval of artwork/sample
The times quoted are ex-factory and you will need to allow freight time from China to Australia

2. How long does it take to freight my order

Pinnacle 7 will help you with two ways to ship your consignment. Depending on how you want you garments shipped will vary on the shipping times.
Airfreight to major cities in Australia is usually 5-7 days for freight and clearance.
Sea freight is usually about 28 days for shipping and clearance
If there are any issues that will lead to a significant delay, we will let you know. Our clients will get a shipping tracking number.

3. Can l use my own freight forwarder

Yes. If you provide to Pinnacle 7 all the information of your freight forwarder and account as well as all the relevant information of where the consignment must go we will organize the shipment through your freight forwarder

4. I need my items by a specific date, can you do it?

If you require items by a specific date, please contact us before placing an order to ensure your request can be met in the time available. If you have already placed an order, please contact us with your request. While every effort is made to accommodate your request, it cannot be guaranteed if it is under the normal production timelines. Therefore we ask that you be aware of the time frames and any specific dates the goods are required by.

5. How can I track my order?

We will send an email with tracking information, you can check the progress of your order by using the Order Status link

6. What are the minimum order Quantities?

Our minimum order quantity is 20 units per style for sublimation garments and 50 units per style for cut and sew garments. If your order is for less than the minimum order requirements then a 20% surcharge will be applicable or a minimum charge of USD$120.00 (whichever is greater).

7. How do I select the correct size garment for myself?

We provide a size chart to suit the garment and with our industry knowledge can guide you to help get the best fit.

8. Can I change my order after I have placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible, Pinnacle 7 staff will try to help out, however if your order has already been processed we will have to charge additional fees to cover any rework required.

11. How much to deliver my goods?

Shipping costs depend on the shipping weight and the size of the order, and the freight service requested. Please discuss with us and we will be able to provide you with an indicative quote.

13. Do l pay in US Dollars or Australian Dollars

All our quotes are quoted in USD. Many of our customers pay Pinnacle 7 using US dollars, however the customers that want to pay in Australian Dollars will be quoted in US Dollars and then spot rate will be applied to convert to Australian dollars.
